The location is just off of Costa Azul beach, only a short drive from the San Jose del Cabo marina and about 25 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
