It is easily walkable to surf and very close to everything the town has to offer.

A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
