Two swimming pools on different levels and a private jacuzzi create inviting places to unwind, while shaded lounge areas, outdoor dining, and a barbecue make it easy to spend the day outside. Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the open-plan living and dining spaces with the terrace. Palm-lined courtyards and evening fire features add quieter places to settle in between beach walks and dinner.

A Flexible Five-Bedroom Layout

The sleeping arrangement combines three king bedrooms with an upper-level office featuring a full-size Murphy bed and a separate bunk casita with its own entrance. The office bedroom has a shower and sink but no toilet; it is not a conventional ensuite. The bunk casita offers two twin beds and two full beds in bunk configurations, plus a private bathroom. The beachfront setting is ideal for ocean views and walks on the sand; Pedregal’s Pacific beach is not a swimming beach. Enjoy the villa’s pools or plan a visit to a suitable swimming beach instead.
