Casa Del Norte is a spacious six-bedroom villa in Cabo San Lucas for families, friends, couples traveling together, and celebration trips that want plenty of room without moving far from downtown. Set across three levels inside the gated Pedregal community, the home combines elevated Pacific views with two private pools, a year-round hot tub, a game room, a private gym, and several indoor-outdoor gathering areas.

The villa works especially well for groups around 15 guests. Five bedrooms have king beds, the sixth has a queen, and the layout also includes an extra twin bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, giving the group more privacy than a typical shared-bath vacation home.

Private Pedregal Location Near Downtown Cabo

Casa Del Norte sits inside Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas’s best-known gated residential community. Downtown Cabo, the marina, restaurants, nightlife, private yacht departures, and Medano Beach are only a short drive away. The villa is also close to neighborhood tennis, dining, cafe, gym, and spa options, with access conditions confirmed for the requested stay.

Pedregal Beach is dramatic and excellent for photos and walks, but it is not a swimming beach. Groups that want a swimmable beach should plan on Medano Beach or another protected-beach option. Because the villa is on a hill, transportation is recommended even though many attractions are nearby.

Concierge and Add-On Services

The villa concierge can coordinate airport transportation, arrival groceries, private chef service, bartender or butler support, restaurant reservations, yacht charters, activities, wellness sessions, and other trip details around the stay. Current villa information also includes cleaning during the stay; the exact housekeeping schedule is confirmed with the final reservation.

• Three detached bedrooms require terrace and stair access.
• The upper pool is heated seasonally in winter; the lower pool is not heated.
• The hot tub is available year-round, subject to the villa’s operating hours.

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
