The open air style gives a hacienda feel as the name alludes, making this feel like a private spacious compound.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
