Casa Kokomo is a luxurious vacation home located within the Puerto Los Cabos Fundadores community, offering guests a comfortable and private tropical experience. Recently renovated, the house sits on two lots at the end of a cul-de-sac and boasts an organic shape mimicking ocean waves, providing spectacular views of the coastline and sunrises.

The property features a lushly landscaped garden and a private tennis court, as well as unobstructed views down the fairway to the Sea of Cortez. The upper level primary bedroom suite includes an office, walk-in closet, expansive terrace, and stunning golf and ocean views. A second primary suite, second guest suite, and guest casita provide additional privacy.

The grand room is fully equipped with Smart TV, Apple TV, Dish Satellite, Netflix, Sonos Sound System, and Nespresso Machine, and High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet is available throughout. Guests can also take advantage of the private Fundadores Beach Club, which features a beach bar, fully equipped AC gym, free yoga classes, massages, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.

The property is wheelchair accessible with barrier-free access to the house, living areas, and two bedrooms, as well as wide bathroom and shower doors and a ramp leading to the pool and Jacuzzi.

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
