Kazoku: Casa La Maraca’s Private Sushi Restaurant

Kazoku is a fully equipped Japanese restaurant located inside Casa La Maraca. Its curved sushi counter, open preparation area, and private tables create a true restaurant setting without leaving the estate. Guests may request an omakase experience curated by Japanese chefs using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients.

Restaurant experiences and private-chef services are not included in the standard accommodation rate. They must be requested and arranged in advance, remain subject to availability, and carry additional fees confirmed by the villa.

During whale-migration season, guests may see whales from the bedrooms, terraces, pool, and other ocean-facing areas. 50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
