Casa Nautica is an affordable style beach house that sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The quiet community of Scorpion Beach will make your stay relaxing, enjoyable and unforgettable. With this house you can enjoy the beach from the villa.

Casa Nautica offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with a/c and ceiling fans, on the second floor with full view of the ocean (from 5 large glass sliding doors).

Casa Nautica is located right across from the main beach in Scorpion Bay with full unobstructed ocean views. It has a comfortable area out front to enjoy the views with your family / friends and that includes two hammocks. It is easily walkable to surf and very close to everything the town has to offer.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
