This house is located right across from the main beach in Scorpion Bay with full unobstructed ocean views. It has a large chill area in front with hammocks, tables, chairs, etc. to spend time with your group while enjoying the Pacific Ocean. It is easily walkable to surf and very close to everything the town has to offer.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
