The villa has three king bedrooms and two bedrooms with two queen beds each, plus five full bathrooms and a guest half-bath.

• Primary suite: one king bed, ocean views, private terrace and private bathroom.
• Queen suite 1: two queen beds, terrace and private bathroom.
• Queen suite 2: two queen beds, terrace and private bathroom.
• King suite 2: one king bed, private terrace and private bathroom.
• King suite 3: one king bed, private terrace and private bathroom.

Included staff & villa services

• Chef service: meals prepared at the villa during the included service window.
• Bartender service: drinks prepared for your group.
• Housekeeping: the property’s housekeeping team keeps the villa cared for during your stay.
• Property concierge: assistance with dining reservations, activities and local arrangements.
• Welcome refreshments: chips, salsa and Casa Texas signature margaritas on arrival.

Included staff hours are 8 AM–4 PM. Groceries, beverages and other requested purchases are paid separately. Evening or extended staff service is available at additional cost; this is not an all-inclusive food-and-drink package.

Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas

Casa Texas is in Pedregal’s gated residential community, with 24-hour security and convenient access to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the marina. Pedregal Beach is a short walk away and is ideal for beach walks and taking in the scenery. It is not a swimming beach because of powerful surf and currents. Médano Beach is a short drive away for swimming and beachfront dining.
