East Cape Villa is a brand new, private and secluded 8,000 square foot beachfront estate with an infinity pool and dramatic views of the ocean right outside the house. It provides all those amenities one would expect to find in the finest resorts.

This villa is a newly built, 8,000 square foot, private oasis. The house has 6 bedrooms with 4 and 1/2 baths. It is built around a courtyard using a traditional Mexican style with a modern feel. The villa has an infinity pool leading straight out to the sea of cortez and a beautiful beach just out front.

Our on-site staff can accommodate your every need. The house is a bit remote but being just 20 minutes from the quaint town of San Jose it’s an easy trip for lunch, dinner, or a little shopping. Also, if you are in the mood for nightlife the wild and crazy town of Cabo San Lucas is just about a 45 minute drive.

Some of the best surfing in the area is walkable just down the beach or just a very short drive. The fishing here is some of the best in the world, located right at the Punta Gorda fishing grounds.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
