Marina Mansion brings Cabo into view from a private hillside retreat in Pedregal. Eight bedrooms, two swimming pools and a rooftop bar create room to gather, unwind and enjoy the city lights—with a private chef, bartender, housekeeping and villa concierge included during daily service hours.

Warm wood finishes, natural textures and generous indoor-outdoor living spaces give the villa a relaxed, contemporary feel. Spend the morning beside the pool, linger over lunch on the terrace and settle into the rooftop lounge as the marina begins to sparkle below.

Two pools & rooftop living

Move between the main-level swimming pool and the third-floor plunge pool, or relax in the jacuzzi with panoramic city-light views. The upper-level bar includes a 75-inch television, while rooftop fire features and furnished terraces set the scene for evenings together. The garden offers another quiet place to unwind, with hammocks and bean bag seating.

Included chef, bartender & villa team

Your stay includes a private chef, professional bartender, daily housekeeping and a dedicated property concierge. Daily staff hours are 8 AM–4 PM. Extended or evening service can be arranged through the property team for an additional fee.

Groceries and beverages are purchased separately. Send the villa team your shopping list for pre-arrival provisioning and settle the grocery receipt. The gourmet kitchen and separate service kitchen support meals at home, with indoor and outdoor dining areas for your group.

The property concierge can coordinate dining reservations, golf, excursions and other services in advance, subject to availability and any applicable charges. Outside contracted services must be arranged through the villa concierge.

Eight bedrooms & 8.5 bathrooms

Five king bedrooms, two double-queen bedrooms and a bunk room provide a versatile arrangement for families and groups. Six bedrooms have marina and ocean views with balcony or terrace access.

• Bedroom 1: premier king suite with marina-view balcony and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower.
• Bedrooms 2–4: king suites with terrace and pool access, marina views and en-suite bathrooms.
• Bedrooms 5–6: two queen beds in each room, marina-view balconies and en-suite bathrooms.
• Bedroom 7: cliffside king suite with en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 8: bunk room with six bunk sleeping spaces and two pull-out trundles; a full bathroom is next door.

Comforts beyond the view

An elevator, sauna, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, water purification system and in-room safes make the villa comfortable for longer stays. A gas BBQ, outdoor dining, two-car garage and access to Pedregal tennis and pickleball courts round out the experience.

Pedregal privacy, close to the marina

Located within gated Pedregal with 24-hour community security, Marina Mansion is within walking distance of the Cabo San Lucas marina and downtown restaurants. Guests also have access to Pedregal’s private beach for shoreline walks and ocean scenery. This Pacific beach is not recommended for swimming because of strong surf and currents; Médano Beach is a short drive away.

Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. The principal guest must be at least 25. No smoking or pets; assistance animals are welcome. Events and parties require prior written approval. Pedregal’s no-loud-noise policy applies after 9 PM. A rental liability/damage waiver, identification and credit card are required.
