Villa Azul, also known as Villa Siempre Azul, is a six-bedroom cliffside villa in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas. Set above the Pacific, the home combines wide ocean views with a private pool, jacuzzi, and generous indoor-outdoor gathering spaces. Sunset terraces and an included daytime villa team make it a distinctive base for a Cabo getaway.

The architecture pairs clean white lines with warm wood beams, a vaulted brick ceiling, and expansive glass doors. Rather than a beachfront setting, Villa Azul offers an elevated perspective over the coastline: a place to watch the water from the pool, settle into the outdoor lounge, and gather for dinner with the ocean beyond.

Pacific Views and Sunset Terraces

The pool terrace follows the ocean-facing side of the house, with a jacuzzi, furnished seating, and open views across the Pacific. Sliding doors connect the living areas to the outdoors, allowing the group to move easily between the lounge, kitchen, and terrace.

A sheltered outdoor bar and lounge create space for drinks during the bartender’s service hours. Elsewhere, a firepit seating area and courtyard offer another setting for a relaxed evening. The villa’s elevated location is its defining feature; it should not be confused with direct beach access.

Indoor Living and Dining

Inside, a vaulted brick ceiling and sculptural curved seating give the main living room a warm, distinctive character. Broad windows frame the ocean, while the kitchen and dining area provide room for shared meals and time together. A pool table adds another option for evenings at home.

Included Chef, Bartender and Housekeeping

The published rental includes a private chef, bartender, daily maid service, and a dedicated concierge. Staff service runs daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Extended or evening hours carry an additional fee and should be arranged in advance.

Included chef service is not an all-inclusive food-and-beverage package. Guests provide a grocery list and pay the grocery receipt; the villa team can handle shopping and pre-arrival provisioning. Confirm menus, beverage purchases, dietary requests, and any optional charges for your dates.

Pedregal Location and Community Amenities

Villa Azul is in Pedregal’s gated community with 24-hour security. The operator places it about a five-minute drive from downtown Cabo and the marina; actual journey times depend on the route and traffic. Guests have access to community tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, subject to community arrangements.

Pedregal Beach is a place for coastal scenery and shoreline walks, not ocean swimming: powerful Pacific surf and currents make it hazardous. For a beach-swimming day, choose a designated swimming area such as Médano and follow current flags and lifeguard guidance.

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
