The rooftop deck has a pool, BBQ, and plenty of lounge space is one of the high points of this villa. Very safe community just a short distance from all major attractions.

Payment Schedule

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 30 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% is required to be paid 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)

Damage Deposit

No damage deposit is due.
