The pool terrace is the heart of the villa. Its infinity edge frames the city and bay, while the adjacent spa, loungers, and outdoor seating offer different ways to enjoy the view. At dusk, the illuminated water and city lights give the terrace a completely different atmosphere.

Move from a sunny poolside afternoon to a relaxed dinner outdoors or a conversation around the firepit. Covered seating and additional balconies provide quieter places to read, enjoy a drink, or take in the scenery.

Five King Bedrooms and a Private Casita

The bedroom plan includes four king bedrooms plus a king-bedroom casita. A media room has a sofa bed, and an optional single rollout can be arranged in the casita. The current listing shows seven beds; Book Baja will confirm the requested sleeping arrangement when preparing your quote.

Bedroom and bathroom finishes include warm wood furnishings, contemporary lighting, and stone surfaces. Selected rooms open onto terraces, while one of the bathrooms features a freestanding tub beside panoramic windows. The separate casita adds flexibility for groups who value a little extra privacy.

Your Included Villa Team

Enjoy the convenience of a private chef, professional bartender, daily maid service, and dedicated concierge. The team can help prepare meals, arrange grocery shopping, keep the villa comfortable, and coordinate the details of your Cabo stay.

Included staff service runs from 8 AM to 4 PM daily. Extended or evening service is available for an additional charge. Groceries and beverages are paid separately; provide a shopping list in advance so the team can arrange provisioning.

Pedregal Location

Villa Skyline is in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas, a gated hillside community with 24-hour security. The elevated position combines broad views with driving access to downtown, the marina, and Medano Beach. Community tennis and basketball court access is listed by the property, subject to local arrangements.

Pedregal Beach is a scenic place for a shoreline walk, but strong Pacific surf makes it unsuitable for swimming. For a swimming outing, consider designated areas at Medano Beach and follow current flags and lifeguard guidance. Pedregal streets can be steep, so arranging transportation is useful for group outings.

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
