Villa Sunset has an elevated ocean-view setting, not a beachfront location. The property describes Pedregal Beach as approximately a ten-minute walk away. It is a beautiful stretch of coast for walking, but strong surf and currents make it unsuitable for swimming. For swimming outings, consider designated areas at Medano Beach and follow current flags and local guidance.

50% deposit at time of booking,
Remaining 50% due 60 days prior.
A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
