Chef service does not mean an all-inclusive food-and-drink package. Guests pay the grocery receipt; the villa team can shop from a supplied list and arrange pre-arrival provisioning. Confirm menus, beverage purchases, special requests, and any additional charges for your dates.

Dining reservations, golf, excursions, and other services may be arranged through the property’s concierge, subject to availability and any applicable charges.

Private Gym, Sauna and Theater

A refundable security deposit of 20% may be required for some Villa rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are refundable up to 60 days prior to check in. Within 60 days there are no cancelations or refunds. (This policy is subject to change and may be reflected differently in your rental agreement)
